Founder and CEO

Yes You Glow Girl was founded by Allison Johnson on November 15, 2019.  It was birthed after a breakthrough in a therapy session and the understanding that there was a disconnect amongst the perception and reality of mental health.

Allison Johnson is a wife, mother, sister, friend and the founder and CEO of Yes, You Glow Girl! She is a native of Atlanta, GA where she attended  Atlanta Public Schools. 

Allison  pursed her undergraduate career at Alabama A & M University, earning   a degree in Elementary Education in 2008. While at Alabama A & M University she pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

In September 2018, Allison began her journey with anxiety

In turn, I wanted to create a safe space for self reflections and women to have intimate dialogue about topics rarely discussed, but much needed. Topics that go  beyond the surface level conversation to challenge the mind and nourish the soul.
